Delivery and Return Policy – SC Metal Tehnic Hidraulic SRL

1. Delivery of Products

  1.1. SC Metal Tehnic Hidraulic SRL is committed to providing delivery services in compliance with the provisions of Romanian law and Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council dated October 25, 2011, concerning consumer rights.   1.2. Delivery times will be clearly specified at the time of ordering. The Company will make efforts to adhere to these delivery times, except in cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances.   1.3. In case of significant delays in product delivery, the Company undertakes to inform the End User in a timely manner and provide suitable alternatives or solutions, in accordance with applicable laws.  

2. Return Conditions

  2.1. End Users have the right to request the return of purchased products in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 449/2003 on the sale of products and associated guarantees.   2.2. Product returns can be requested within 14 calendar days from their receipt. Return requests must be accompanied by the corresponding reasons.   2.3. Products can be returned under the following circumstances:

1. a) The product does not match the specifications or descriptions on the Company’s website.
2. b) The product has defects or malfunctions.
3. c) The product was delivered in a damaged state.

  2.4. Products can be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition as they were delivered. The End User must provide proof of purchase to facilitate the return process.  

3. Return Procedure

  3.1. The End User wishing to return a product must complete a return form available on the Company’s website or contact the customer service department.   3.2. The Company will assess the return request and, if the request is justified, will communicate detailed instructions regarding the return procedure to the End User.   3.3. Transport costs for returning products will be covered by the Company in situations where the return is due to product defects or Company errors. Otherwise, transport costs will be borne by the End User.  

4. Refund of Payments

  4.1. The Company is committed to effecting refunds as soon as possible and in accordance with legal provisions. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for purchasing the product.   4.2. In case the returned product is not in proper condition or has been misused, the Company reserves the right to apply an appropriate deduction from the refund amount.  

5. Exceptions

  5.1. Certain products or product categories may be exempt from the return policy if they are susceptible to damage or becoming unusable due to handling.   5.2. The Company reserves the right to refuse the return of products that do not meet the criteria set out in this Policy.   This Delivery and Return Policy has been formulated to comply with Romanian law and to ensure a satisfactory experience for the End Users of the products and services offered by SC Metal Tehnic Hidraulic SRL.
